We offer a ‘Free Initial Consultation’ so that we can assess whether we feel we can definitely help you, and the best way for us to work together. At that stage, we will also be able to give you a rough guide as to the number of therapy sessions needed or the most relevant all inclusive package for you.

The ‘Stressbuster’ is a one-off one hour session of Hypnotherapy designed to help you de-stress and relax. Whether you are someone who relaxes easily or struggles to switch off and unwind then this session is perfect for you. Leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you for one hour and feel the benefits for a good while after including a good night’s sleep. This package can also be upgraded to include your own personalised live recorded CD or MP3 Download which you can listen to time and time again.

The ‘Stress Management’ package is similar to the ‘Stressbuster’, the main difference being that it is a course of one-hour sessions which can be purchased in blocks of 3, 5, 7 or 10. The programme is designed to help you reduce your stress levels and learn to manage daily stress more effectively going forward. It will help you to feel calmer, more relaxed and in control of life. As well as leaving you feeling more positive, confident and with an overall feeling of well-being for a good while after. This package is especially good for helping to improve sleep due to the fact that it is a multi-session programme.

Self-Hypnosis Relaxation Package
The ‘Self-Hypnosis Relaxation’ package is a one hour session of Hypnotherapy which can be purchased as a one-off session or block of 3. If you would like to learn how to practise self-hypnosis on a regular basis then this is the package for you. Working Online
Sessions can either take place in the traditional face to face manner at our office in Chelmsford, Essex in the United Kingdom or online via Zoom. Fortunately, due to advancements in modern technology, now we can easily work with clients who are based further afield in the United Kingdom or overseas. We can conduct the ‘Free Initial Consultation’ either by telephone or Zoom and any future therapy sessions online via Zoom for your comfort and convenience.
